Lancaster Safety can accommodate any group size. For larger groups above 50, we recommend scheduling more than one session. As the group size increases, engagement tends to decrease. Please note that some training courses have a maximum classroom size.

Depending on your workplace hazards and the number of topics covered, General Awareness training can range from 2 to 8 hours. Specialty topics can go up to 40 hours. OSHA training requirements depend on the hazards in your workplace. Employers are required to train employees on the hazards they may be exposed to and how to work safely around them. This depends on each individual worker, their role, and their exposure. Needless to say, a lot goes into what's required.

It's a great option for most groups, but not all. Onsite OSHA training gets your employees together to train at the same time, or in consecutive sessions. As we know, things don't always work that easily. Illness, vacations, and production schedules can interrupt your training plans. These are some of the many reasons we offer different training methods. You can use our Online OSHA Training Center for makeup training, new hires, or when retraining is needed throughout the year.

We have safety professionals located nationwide, so there is rarely a case where we can't get someone to you within a few hours' drive. We also have safety professionals willing to fly or even travel internationally if needed.

Not much. For most trainings, we'll need a room with chairs and electricity. Our safety professional will bring a projector and use either a blank wall or screen to display the training materials. For specialty trainings, additional equipment may be needed, such as lockout tagout devices or confined space entry equipment.

Most onsite OSHA training takes at least a half day, with rates starting at $2,250.
