OSHA 10-Hour Training

Give your team a strong foundation in workplace safety with OSHA 10-hour training built for general industry and construction crews. Workers leave more aware of the hazards around them and more confident handling them, which means a safer site and people who look out for one another.

What You'll Learn

Construction and general industry each get a dedicated version of the course, and each one targets the hazards that turn up in that kind of work. Both share the same OSHA groundwork before the content splits by setting. Here's what it covers.

OSHA Basics and Your Rights

Understand the protections that lie with workers and the responsibilities that sit with the employer. Employees will learn how to recognize, raise, and address safety concerns.

Most Common Hazards

Construction crews cover the hazard groups behind most serious site injuries: falls, electrocution, struck-by and caught-in or caught-between. General industry teams cover the risks common to their settings, including walking and working surfaces, electrical safety, and fire prevention.

Protect Your Team

Learn how personal protective equipment fits into daily work and how to spot the warning signs of a hazard before it turns into an incident. Construction courses include common health hazards on site, while general industry courses include hazard communication.

Review: Why Provide OSHA Outreach 10 & 30 Hour Training?

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Federal OSHA does not required employees to obtain their 10- or 30-hour OSHA outreach card. These courses provide basic safety and health information and education, and while they do not meet OSHA's annual training requirements plenty of employers rely on it as a foundation to their training framework.
