Did you know everyone at the worksite has the responsibility to initiate a stop work authority?

Speak Up for Safety!

Stop Work Authority authorizes and empowers employees to stop an action or condition they consider to be unsafe. The goal behind such a policy is to encourage workers to speak up without fear of retribution when they see a potential at-risk situation unfolding.

Why Stop Work Authority Safety Training?

Stop Work Authority gives you the authority, responsibility, and obligation to stop a hazardous condition before it causes an injury. This module will review the basics of a stop work authority policy.
