We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated individual who shares our company’s commitment to delivering great service, to join Lancaster Safety Consulting, Inc.’s team as a Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of different departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Design and implement custom objects, fields, and layouts.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights and streamline processes.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data imports, updates, and de-duplication.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance.

Location:

Our home office is located in Wexford, PA, which is about 15 miles north of Pittsburgh.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Service and Sales Consoles configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
