LSCI is seeking a Sales Associate to work directly with a long time high performing Senior Sales Consultant.  Position will be responsible for assisting with established clients and helping to generate new clients.  This right candidate will have the opportunity for substantial income growth in a fast-paced environment.  Interested candidates must:

  • Be self-motivated and exhibit high energy
  • Possess solid computer skills
  • Comfortable speaking to people on both inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to craft professionally worded emails
  • Desire to learn and problem solve
  • Strong organizational aptitude

This is a role where if you work hard, you get rewarded.  You will need to prove yourself and do a fair amount of menial tasks, but it is also a huge step toward a highly incentivized sales role.

Responsibilities:

  • Logistically coordinate between clients and safety consultants
  • Identify opportunities for sales within established clients
  • Research and source unique training requests
  • Collaborate with Sr Sales Consultant on solutions to client issues
  • Construct and send emails
  • Handle inbound phone inquires
  • Cold call provided leads
    • Please note, this will NOT be the primary function of this position, but it will be a function of this position
  • Follow up with current prospects
  • Scheduling meetings and sales appointments.
  • Document preparation and submissions
  • Data entry into CRM
