We just completed our OSHA 300 forms and we had a 42% reduction in injuries from last year and a 72% reduction in days away from work!! Also we just had a meeting with our workman’s comp agent and since Lancaster has come on-board we have had a reduction in our mod rate from 1.7 to .84!! We still have a ways to go and as you know it does not happen over night, it is a journey. Thanks for all the help and looking forward to training next week.
