Join a Great Team as a Scheduling Coordinator (Client Events)!

Lancaster Safety Consulting is a nationwide safety consulting company looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! The Scheduling Coordinator will be organized, able to keep track of details for a large number of projects and possess excellent phone and computer skills to efficiently schedule onsite events such as safety trainings or inspections.

The Scheduling Coordinator is an integral position that works closely with all departments to schedule events for our clients nationwide.

  • Build relationships with clients across the United States to effectively schedule events using communication methods such as phone, text, videoconferencing, and email.
  • Understand and be knowledgeable of each client. Coordinate with the project team to identify and match Safety Professionals’ qualifications and locations to the client’s needs.
  • Meticulously gather details relevant to the event such as dates, times, locations, hands-on activities, additional tasks, etc.
  • Book & maintain appointments and information on appropriate software.
  • Utilize appropriate software, including Salesforce and Outlook, to prepare & send scheduling information.

General requirements:

  • Must be organized and able to keep track of details for a large number of projects
  • Excellent computer and phone skills. Must be able to learn a variety of systems, including Salesforce, Outlook, GoToConnect, and other software and data organization systems.
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Associate’s degree and 2 years’ experience in a business management or customer service role preferred.

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
  • Located in Wexford, PA

Compensation:
