The Shipping & Office Coordinator will:
Not be stuck behind a desk all day. This position requires a combination of standing and computer work.
Oversee the production room and general office areas. Maintain inventory for all office areas, coordinate with I.T. to set up workstations, manage supplies, and maintain printers. Conduct small housekeeping duties around the office as needed.
Answer the office doorbell, receive visitors, and ensure they follow proper procedures. Receive and process incoming packages.
Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, upbeat manner. Gather applicable information, take messages, and route calls as appropriate. Manage the voicemail system in Salesforce, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate personnel.
Print, assemble, package, and ship a large quantity of materials for clients such as wallet cards, training materials, training folders, and program binders.
Prepare and update safety data sheet logs for clients utilizing online databases and manufacturer’s websites. Communicate with clients regarding their SDS log status, and provide updates.
Maintain and update various software systems such as Google Earth, Salesforce, UPS, and Outlook.
Coordinate with vendors for delayed or shipment exceptions, scheduled pickups, printer maintenance, building maintenance, etc.
Requirements:
- Great personality and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation, and the ability to learn various computer systems.
- Capacity to determine project priority for all various areas of responsibility.
- Ability to maintain and update corresponding reports and computer systems effectively
- At least 3 years in an office setting as an administrative assistant, paralegal, office manager, or other related role.
Physical Requirements:
- An ability to perform general office tasks, including computer and phone use.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of each day, lift up to 50 lbs. packages, move inventory and boxes, and reach overhead storage areas.
- Must be available Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
Details:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
- Located in Wexford, PA
Compensation:
- $15.00 – $18.00 / hour.
